Can't answer that question without more info. Prop pitch and diameter is needed. Wide open throttle rpm will dictate what pitch propeller is needed for every different application,IE. Hull shape,weight of boat,load in boat,weight of gear,passengers,weather conditions,the list goes on! Trial and error all the way
 
Probably not.
Unless the pontoon is a small one.
Even then it doubtful.
Over on iboatsdotcom they have a prop forum.
Maybe ask there.

I put a 55 with a regular speed prop on a 16 ft. pontoon and it didn't work.
