Mercury 60, need to find year build and model please!

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help identify my boat engine.
I need to find year built and model.

I found the following details:

Mercury 60 hp elpo,
serial number: 09864206
made in Belgium

Year built is not visible any more in the label.
