Yamaha 4 stroke 40 hp Oil leak

:confused: Hello Boater's,
I need so advice, I take the boat for a ride and once putting back onto the trailer l notice a oil leak down the shaft.I pop the hood and notice a pool of oil in there,so where is it coming from?
