Fuel line quick connector

Hi Guys,

Am looking for correct part number for this connector.
This is for a 2001 BF115, S# Bzbd-1200061.


The fuel port opening measures 8mm in diameter.

Honda parts shows 3 different possible items:
17650-zw9-013, 17650-zw9-003, 17650-zw9-023.

I have ordered 2 different aftermarket items that claimed to be direct replacements for above #s.
One arrived with a square hole for support lug, the other arrived but the actual fuel opening was 2mm too small.

I've ran across a couple of discussions elsewhere, that mentioned Honda changing to the square support style
and that finding the older style is near impossible.

Your help is appreciated.

It is confusing....

I have not found an after market one that fits like it should.

To properly fix your situation, you have to change both the engine side connector and the fuel hose connector. Converting both to the rectangular style. The Fuel connector set, which includes both parts, is 04104-ZW9-000.

It is not cheap, but it will fix your problem.

I haved ordered the connector set, plus an extra female connector for a spare.

If you have built in tank and don't need to unplug and remove external tanks, I would suggest getting a barbed fitting and doing away with plug type connector. One less place to leak and suck air.
