2011 Mercury 75hp 2 stroke intermittent drop of 200rpm when cruising at 2000rpm

I have noticed recently that when travelling at 2000rpm I am getting an intermittent drop of 200rpm. It recovers instantly. Just drops for only a second. Only seems to happen when cruising at 2000rpm. Runs fine at WOT. My motor is a 2011 Mercury 75hp 2 stroke. Any ideas what could be causing this?
 
When was the last time the carbs were cleaned. That is right around the RPM that the carbs transition over from the idle circuit.
 
They haven't since new although I regularly use Mercury's Quickare and Quickleen and fuel filters get changed every year when outboard serviced. I don't use fuel with any ethanol either. I am about a month away from next scheduled service.
Could this be symptom of idles screws adjusted a tad lean?
