Help identifying year and model

I have an old 25 Johnson or at least that's what I've been told it is. The cover and motor has been painted camo so no help there. The transom clamp has been swapped out so I can't look at the ID plate but I do have the number stamped into the aluminum plug in the side of the block. It is J3263536.
 
 
Looks to be a 70 / 71 model.---------------Exact year does not matter as parts were the same year to year.----------Good motors when they left the factory , but not sure of that one now.-----------------Complete tear down / inspection is what I recommend.
 
I cranked it up yesterday after it sat for 5 years. It ran just a little rough still has good compression on both cylinders. The main thing I know that I need is an impeller house and grommet and a fuel pump kit.
