Good morning, I am having problems with understanding if my flywheel position is causing my engine not to run smoothly. It runs out of the whole just fine and after about 10 min it starts to cut out. Let it sit for about 15 min's and she runs fine for about the same amount of time. It feels like someone is trimming the motor up and then back down @ WOT???? Thanks in advance.
 
Thanks, I do not have one in the system. The battery holds right around 13.34 volts when she's running. checked with the multimeter.
