friend has a 2006 60 hp Yamaha. he tried turning it over and it worked for half dozen times then stopped altogether. also tilt trim stopped working. looks like all fuses are good. any ideas. in manual shows what appears to be an inline fuse. not exactly what we see. ther is a blade use and spare in holder on relay.
