Default 1974 Ford 302 Reverse Rotation getting hot under load

Hello all, I have a 28ft Bertram Flybridge with twin Ford 302's the starboard being reverse rotation. I replaced both engines with reman long blocks, ETC...I changed everything ! My problem is the port and starboard engines run at 142-150 at the dock, but once I power up under load, the starboard engine starts to creep up in temps over 180-190, while the port engine stays nice and cool. I never let it get too hot and back it right down being afraid to damage something. I'm asking if anyone has ideas or had a similar experience to shed some light on this topic.
