convert 703 to 704 controller

Hi! New guy here...
At 56 years old I have my first outboard after 30+ years of inboards

I have an older 85 hp 3 cyl that came with a 703. I'm converting to a 704 binnacle.
I have the 704 & the 10 pin cable.
I know I need an ignition switch.
Question # 1 is which one?
Question # 2 is how does the choke work with the 704? The 703 has a "fast idle" lever. I've seen ignitions with a "push to choke" & one with a choke switch in the center.
