J150tlcrd trim motor peters out intermittently.

Hello I have an 84 Johnson gt 150 that has acquired a new problem. The tilt and trim MOTOR peters out intermittently in both directions. Up more than down. I've replaced both relays and both relay connectors thus far. I have a video of it in action or lack there of... any half would be appreciated.

In agreement with Boobie pertaining to the connections.

The engine obviously was raising normally until it reached a certain angle..... indicating a possible broken or loose wire being affected at the front of the engine due to the tilting action.
