I am looking to add a tilt/trim to my mercury model 850 outboard motor, The motor was made in 1976. Does anyone know what I can use for a unit to install. I don't know what models I can look at that might fit it. Any help would be appreciated because that motor is getting to hard to lift by hand anymore.

Thanks for that . Also have had a couple of other problems, when I put it in gear it will stall out on me unless I quickly put it full throttle, then she will get up and go and then I can throttle back to a slow speed. The other thing is every once in a while if i'm full out she will start to low power down until I prime the bulb then it will take off again but only for a bit unless I prime again. Any suggestions where to start?
