    A four stroke you still needed to mix the fuel and they had a weak lower unit? I dont imagine I would put much time and money into one.
    It takes a nickle to go first class!
    If it aint broke dont fix it!!

    They used a scott/mcculloch 3 cylinder lower unit on them. On the 3 cylinder scott it was a very durable unit. Don't know what happend when they put them on the 4 strks.

    I have never even seen a homelite outboard but heard of them.
    I bet they were good motors tough.

    surprised nobody has answered this...

    They are around but if you find one more than likely the lower unit is broke.
