135 hp honda starter motor rusted out. second one

hi Guys,

Has anyone had any issues with stater motor on 2013 Honda 135HP rusting out. Its the second time this has happend.
Were is the water coming from?.

Pergo,iv'e read a few threads on here that said some of the cowls on honda's don't seal properly in the rear of engine. One of the mechs. on this site had a fix for that issue, Hondadude might know!
 
Cheers johnnygjr Tryed a private message but hes blocked taking messages.

just got back from boat yard the starter motor is U/S and the flywheel has rusted out and has a fine rusty dust all over the flywheel.

and they dont know how it got there. Il see if Hondadude sees this post and has seen this sort of thing before.
