Hey guys, new to the forum. I have been restoring a 1971 9.8 Mercury 110,thestop bracket was broke and the spring was missing I have replaced the bracket and have a new spring but I am not sure where the spring hooks to on the stern bracket . Any information would be greatly appreciated. (Just trying to keep that blue smoke smoking)
