Temperature sensor

To test if the warning horn is working just short the wire to the temp switch to ground with the ignition on the alarm should sound.

The serial number posted is slightly incorrect. I want to add a temperature gauge and sensor for the gauge. I just need to know what is the part# of the sensor i need to add a temperature gauge.to my Mercury 1997 60hp 2 stroke ser# 0G482870.

Your looking for a temperature sending unit for a temperature gauge on your dashboard,correct Elkmontbrown? Not sure it's the same part as above
