Gearbox Mercury 4/5 Sailpower

Hi,
I'm fromj Germany and I have a Mercury Sailpower 4/5 from 1997 built in Belgium.
The problem is that the seal from the gearbox is not ok (water in the gearoil)
How can I change the seal? The Problem is, I cann't remove the shaft.

Can somebody help me?

Not sure if this is the right seal kit but you can pull the seals with sheet metal screws and vice grips just screw into the flat metal part of the seal and pop it out careful not to damage the housing. Just replace all the gaskets and seals/o-rings. never use silicone I use permatex aviation gasket maker just brush a light coat on both sides of the gaskets and outer edge of the seals. If a shaft has a groove from the old seal just dont press it all the way in.
