2005 Nissan %0 Hp TLDI Problem

Took my boat out yesterday after a 3 month sit. Idled 5 minutes out of the harbor and ran @4500RPM for about 5-10 minutes. The engine bogged down and would only idle but very rough. Idled all the way back in. I switched to a tank with fresh mid-grade gas and idled out of the harbor again and ran @4500RPM for about 10-15 minutes. Same thing. Thought it was fuel but now I have no idea.Any Thoughts?
 
Year is irrelevant; we need the actual model to help much. If you want to work on a TLDI yourself, get the Factory service manual (not aftermarket) and read out the ECU memories. Of course, check plugs, fuel lines, filters, etc., for overall condition.
