2002 Mercury 60 HP with idling issues

My 60 HP Mercury Fourstroke EFI is having trouble. When it is first started, it won't idle unless I raise the fast idle lever. Also, if i quickly go from forward at some speed to neutral, it will shut off. Once it has fast idled for a few minutes, I can quickly put it into gear and it will operate fine. I put in Lucas fuel injector cleaner for a tank, but probably need to do a few more tanks. I only use ethanol free fuel. Any other advice?
 
Sometimes the lucas's fuel injection treatment loosens up sediment in fuel system and will clog filters and injectors further down the line Fuel pressure needs to be checked also,along with all lfilters in system.
