200 HPDI 2001 Runs poor and strong gas smell

Can only get 4200 RPM. Rough idle and very strong gas smell. Good compression. new plugs. changed all ign. coils one at a time. seems to have good spark. Have twins so have been switching parts but no good so far. Thanks for any help

Seems to have good spark doesn't get it done, Try an open air gap spark test,a bright blue snapping spark
