Carburetor is spewing fuel out of an air vent in the carb. I've checked the float valve and even swapped the carb with one off a working engine. Same problem. If I disconnect the fuel pump hose from the carb, the motor runs fine until the fuel in the carburetor bowl is depleted. Is there any way that the fuel pump could be producing too much pressure for the float valve(s) to close against?
