2001 50hp 4 stoke carbs puddling gas in throat.

All four carbs on 50hp 4 stroke puddling gas in throat of all carbs. What is causing this. Continues to leak fuel after motor shut off. Floats seem good and are set properly Float needles seems good.
 
Seats for needle valves are not good/clean then! These floats are not adjustable. You can try tilting them with a heated flat piece of iron/metal. Done it successful on a small single carb before with a brand new float that was still flooding!
