89' Mercury XR4 150hp - My motor smokes a little on startup and idling,intermittent but more than not.Alarm tone goes off at Hi-speed after a few hundred yards.If I slowdown alarm goes off and there is no alarm if I maintain lower speed.I think its a fuel mixture problem but am clueless how to check or adjust if needed.Advice greatly appreciated.
