No spark at the sparkplugs

I have what I believe is a 1993 75 hp merchandise outboard with no spark at the plugs. The motor ran great while cruising the lake than stalled while waiting my turn to load on the trailer and hasn't ran since. I checked that fuel is getting good to the cylinders (3), replaced the spark plugs but not sure what I need to do next. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the motor ran low revs for extended time.
If the motor ran too rich/wrong mixture it might have drowned in fuel or might be thick in carbon build up
