I cant tell from the parts diagrams or the shop manual which way the prop shaft seals and the drive shaft seals get installed.

They go back to back, but the inner seal goes in first flat side out and then the outer seal should go against it with the rubber lip facing out?

Any body got pictures?

In a word.... yes, that's how they go. We normally us the visible spring within the seal for reference ie: First seal = spring in, 2nd seal = spring out.
