Fitting new Drive, Exhaust, shift bellows etc

I have a 2004 Mercruiser 130 4 cyl in my boat.
I'm just replacing the gimbal bearing and all the bellows including the water pipe and shift cable.
The bearing is in and I am cleaned an ready to install.
What is the correct installation sequence?
I understand that it is water pipe first. Does the drive bellows get fitted to the transom first unlike the older units?
Thanks for any advice.

Thanks for the reply and sequence. Do you recommend plastic clip or cable tie on oil pipe?
Just to clarify, am I correct that the drive bellows is glued and clamped to the transom and then pulled into the bell housing and do I use bellows adhesive on both ends of the drive and exhaust bellows?
I know that there is water both sides of the exhaust bellows and I understand that the glue on the exhaust bellows is to help it stay secure when the drive is up.
As always, I appreciate the help and advice from Professionals in the trade.
Thanks.

A radius-ed Cable tie on the oil line is fine. Be careful removing the old oil hose. Cut it off carefully with a razor. The fitting may be plastic.

Glue on the transom side of the drive bellows.

Chuck the exhaust bellows and get a speed tube. It just attaches to the transom side. They were designed for bravo 3 drives to lessen back pressure, I put them on everything.
