Gauge cards shift cable adjustment

I have been working with a customer with a 1989 OMC 4.3 and the tech manual references using a special tools "gauge cards" when making shift cable adjustments.

Does anyone know a part # for these tools or have any info on where these can be found ?? Thank you for your help.
