3,500 max rpm

Hello I used to have 4,800 to 5,200 rpm before replacing my stator & both switch boxes, now I only get 3,500 rpm. is there anything I am over looking all my DVA readings are good and the bias is good also. what could of I done wrong it was cut clean color for color on all the wires, and the DVA reads all in line too.
