New prop doesn't fit

Ordered a new prop for my 15 hp 2 stroke. Went with a Solas high thrust 10x5 4 blade.
But the back of the prop is touching the lower unit when I tighten it down.
Has any one used this brand?
they sell a hardware kit I quess I can try. I figured I could just use the thrust washer and spacer that I have on there now.
 
This is the first prop I've bought for an outboard. Is it pretty much standard to get the accompanying thrust washer?

Ok, I got the hardware kit and the back of the prop is still hitting the gearcase.
The only thing I can think of is the prop is said to fit MY 2005. The ID tag on my motor has 06/2005 on it, so I figured it was good but when I go to the Johnson parts website they have my model number listed as 2006. Doh! I quess my motor was manufactured in 05 but is actually a 06.
