1963 johnson c-20 power head

I took out the 7 bolts out but I can't get the power head to even wiggle. I'm trying to replace the impeller. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
Can we assume that is CD-20? If you are positive you have all 7 of the right bolts out, it is just the gasket holding it. Usually a sideways whomp with the heel of you hand on the starter housing will break it loose. If not, you will have to apply some scientific pry. Obviously, you will need a new gasket.

Did you ever get it loose and manage to replace impeller? I think I need to do same thing with my CD-20C
