Hi all,
I have a 1994 Force 120 HP (SN 0E093566) on a Bayliner Capri. With much help from Jerry on this forum, I have the engine now running and last week on the water. I want to lower my idle speed, but engine/manual states that i also seed to readjust my throttle cable.
So the remote is in neutral, I start the engine, adjust the idle screw until it gives me ~1000 rpm (in a tub on driveway). Then shut of the engine, take off the nut holding the throttle cable plastic end, then un/screw plastic end until it lines up correctly, then secure in place with nut?
Is this correct? Green arrow pointing to left nut. Or do I adjust by taking off the nut on the right (red arrow)?
TIA!
