I have 68 Chrysler 20hp. It will idle fine but when I give it throttle it won't throttle up. If I pull the fuel connect it starts to idle up until it runs out of fuel. There is also a vent hole on the side of the carb that if you cover it the motor will throttle up. I have checked the fuel pump and it is fine. Any help?
