Hi there - replaced switchbox and at long (insert word here) i can say shes pulling like a freight train! only issue is - i have 16v at idle! ive checked my grounding connections (will check again today)... she runs at batt voltage with stator yellow wires disconnected, so safe to assume there arent ground/earth connection issues?
havent taken a measurement at full throttle - batt is very strong and not a maintenance free type - regular lead acid.. my r/r also seems to only give readings one way using diode test, so not sure how its so high?
could I not take a motorcycle r/r and wire it in? also - since this is a 2 phase, would a 3 phase r/r work or not? and what amp specs do i need to follow? this is short term, ill get a working used one at some point..
