I ran my boat at the beginning of the year, motor died and broke pull rope well I finally got around to fixing it and something doesn't seem right with the lower. With motor off and in forward gear the prop won't turn counter clockwise but will clockwise and makes a ratcheting clicking noise. In neutral will spin freely both ways. In reverse won't spin ether way any help is appreciated
