I have a 1992 9.9 that loads up when sitting at idle. It does clear out in about 10-20 sec when you hit the gas. New plugs help a little. Oil mix 50-1
Any ideas
 
low speed idle jet if it has one needs adjusting,possible wrong plugs or gap setting,weak spark not burning fuel supply.
 
Either poor carburetion mix or poor ignition. Antique. Either accept the issue, Place it on a static display, or Run 'er like you stole 'er till she blows.
