Mercury outboard sputters with 6 beeps

I have a 2014 Mercury 60 hp 4 stroke efi. During my last fishing trip the outboard started to sputters ( runs irregular) with 6 beeps every time i start the engine.
100 hour service was performed and there is no water in the fuel.

Can someone advise what the problem can be?
 
Local dealer can not resolve the problem.

Acoording to the service manual the 6 beeps could be from the TPS, MAT, MAP sensors or flah check sum (ECM). I do not know what the last one meams. Only thing is that according to the manual the engine shoul run well.

Anyone with suggestions?
 
I had the engine scanned, it shows INj2_OUTPUTFAULT..

When connected to the engine the scanner can fire injectors 1, 3 and 4. Injector 2 will not fire.

The injector was tested and is ok. The wiring was checked and is ok.

Does anyone know if this could be an ECM issue? Or would none of the injectors fire if the ECM was bad?
 
Did you ever find out what the problem was? I have a 2013 40 hp with 130 hrs and has been garage kept since it was new and dealer says that wiring harness is corroded. Anyone know what would cause that?

ECU was bad. Changed it and all was ok.
