We have an '81 with Chrysler 360's. Just changed to Edelbrock carb on one engine. Now, under load for a while it acts like its starving for fuel. We put a pressure gauge on it to monitor it, but the lake just got too rough. What should be a good pressure and flow rate if we do go electric ?
