1967 100 hp service manual

Has anyone noticed that the factory service manual for 1967 shows every horse power but the 100? Is it just a typo? I ordered and received a online after market manual that is so vague in respect to adjustments it is worthless. Does the 1967 factory service manual cover the 100 hp model?
 
I can't speak for the reprints or generic manuals that may be available today, but I can say that the original factory service manual for that motor covered that motor and that motor alone. NOT a bunch of motors. Look for an original or a reprint of an original.
 
Looked on every internet site I can come up with ebay, amazon, and every johnson site I could find no luck. Do you happen to know anyone that could make a copy of one?
