1980 75 hp wiring harness power tilt/trim and remote with cables

I just acquired a 1980 75 hp low hr motor that appears to be in very good condition. The problem I have is no wiring harness no remote no cables and the power tilt/trim is not with the motor. I am trying to contact the last owner of the motor that had it on a boat that was in use but not having any luck. Any ideas on where I might be able to locate everything at one place for a reasonable amount of money. I live in North Texas and the closest place I know of is six hours away and they do not have any of the parts I need. Thanks in advance.
