Chrysler 360 losing RPM above 3k

Went for a cruise the other day and all was well for 20min at 3k+ until I started losing RPMs on my port engine and tach started bouncing a bit. Went back to the dock slow. Started up again and revved the port engine. Idles fine but when revved to 4k it doest hold. See youtube video here of my tach.

Same thing happens when engine has been running under load for a while or from a cold start.

Other engine is fine. Both pull from same fuel tank too.

I'd check all ignition components, initial timing, and electrical connections first. Verify consistent fuel delivery and pressure. Take a look in the distributor advance springs. You may have lost one. If nothing helps try disconnecting the tach.
