power steering issues

Hi,

I'm from the Netherlands so excuse me for my English.... ;-)
I've got a problem with the powersteering on my Alpha one Gen II.
When i turn max left, it locks up. I have to shut down the engine to unlock it. Everything else works fine.
When it locks up, it also freezes the hydro pump.
What could be wrong?


 
I know it's harder but does it turn Max Left to Max Right Ok without engine running ?
sorry, I've installed a couple but haven't diagnosed this issue.
Could be seals in the unit.. I'm sure someone else will respond.. good luck.
