Hello, I have a new voltage regulator here from sierra. Diagram included is outdated and for the wrong part.
Here is a pic of what i have:

I just need to know what goes to what. I am guessing the red wire goes to ignition and the top terminal goes to the alternator. The previous owner had cut and spliced a non oem regulator so my boat connections don't help me.
This unit is grounded by the mount correct? Seems odd as it is mounted with one bolt to the coil mounting strap.
