Hey what with the water!!

We took a quiet one hour plus a bit run in our 1986 Thundercraft and being new at boating were pleased with how well all went.
However when I took out the drain plug on loading boat on trailer watched as a steady stream of water drained from the boat.
Not sure if I need professional help or some things I could check myself.
Looking for your advice please.

Need more info, type of hull,Was boat covered,First trip this year in boat,Did it rain day before, possible compartments draining into bilge. If possible fill deck with water and check outside hull for seepage.hope this helps.

It's a fiberglass boat ... 16 foot Thundercraft bowrider and it was our first outing ever in this boat.
It had rained some the night before and we only had a tarp over the boat which could contribute to the problem.
Going to give it another try .

Thanks

If this is an inboard/outboard, carefully inspect the water lines and bellows between the outdrive and the motor. These are often responsible for these type boats taking on water and sinking.
