1973 Evinrude Starflite 115 hp tilt mechanism leaking

Hello all. The attached image is of the tilt mechanism. It is pushing hydraulic fluid out of the little circle near the bottom next to the screw. I was wondering if anyone knows if this is fixable or not. This is the last issue i have with the boat and am itching to get her wet. Any response is greatly appreciated.
 
I tried to take that screw out however it does not come out. I have it filled at the moment and motor all the way down. We will see how long it lasts.
 
I believe that screw does drop the motor if loosened. However it doesn't leak from the actual screw but the metallic circle with the two little holes is where it's coming from. I filled it up with hydraulic fluid yesterday but seems I may have damaged the o ring on the fill up screw because it's leaking from the fill hole now as well. Haha. Just my luck. Is this just like a hydraulic pump that I could replace?
