I have a 1977 slickcraft ss-235 with a 190 hp omc. The block is cracked, so I know I need a new engine. I have access to a 1979 260 hp omc. I've never worked on boats before, so I was hoping someone could help guide me in the right direction on what I'll have to do. Any help would be great. Thanks
