Looking for a Power Trim-Tilt Valve

Need a Power Trim-Tilt Manual Valve. Part Number: 56170-ZY3-013
My Honda Marine mechanic says that the earliest he can get one is June 27, 2016.
That's what I call shipping via a "slow boat from Japan"!!!
Oh, dropped the boat off on June 1, 2016 and the mechanic ordered it then.
I have checked all of the internet boat sites and called all of the Honda Marine dealers in NW Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
Any suggestions except "get a Mercury or Yamaha" are appreciated.
All my friends are reminding me of that already.

dhicks, yep. When you go to order the part on the website, it lets you know that the part is back ordered. When you call the website and use the online chat, they say that they do not know when the part will be delivered.

Other than the o-rings/seal on it, is there something wrong with the one you've got? I'm asking because if the screwdriver groove on the outside is messed up then you could probably have a welder fix it. I believe it comes out by pulling off the snap ring and just unscrewing it (and the fluid will come out with it).
