'03 90HP Merc OB - No Ignition or Trim/Tilt

Have an '03 90HP Mercury OB. After running fine for weeks, went to start it and now neither the starter nor the throttle trim/tilt or on-motor trim/tilt switch are working. All other electrics on the boat appear to be functioning - lights, bilges, etc. Tried checking fuses, all appear to be good. Attempted moving throttle into/out of gear in hopes of an interlock issue, but still nothing. (and would that also lock out the trim tilt?)
The throttle is a Quick Silver 8868A5. Should I be looking there, or at the ignition switch? or are there other places on the engine to look?

We cracked the code. Though initially we used a jumper to try and see if the battery was the problem. It turns out that even with the additional boost the corrosion on the battery terminals appears to be the culprit. After cleaning the connections we were able to get it started. Lesson Learned: When electrical, start by cleaning the battery terminals & wires.
