Correct CDI box

Does anyone know the correct CDI box for my NS40C Nissan 40 HP outboard. It is a 1988 model. It has 2 plug wires and a three connector plug and a ground wire. I also need to know the best place to buy a good used one or a reasonable price for a new one.
 
If you want the precise part number, we need the precise serial number. For SN below 80043, PN 346062601M; For SN 80044-89593, PN 346062602M; For SN above 89593, PN 346062603M.

But it doesn't really matter; Those old CD modules are NLA. Superceded to 3A1062402M. MSRP around $319. They had integrated ignition coil. the new CD does not come with plug wire caps. You can use PN 99998SPCAP1 caps.
 
I appreciate the info. However, I still need to know where to get one. $319.00 is way to much. I found a whole engine in good running condition for $400.00.
 
If you want new, any Tohatsu dealer will sell you a new one. If you want used, check the boneyards in your area. Just because $300 seems steep, realize that if you had an old car and needed an ignition module... and if the dealer had one... it would cost that much as well.
