Replacing my LM318

Hey Guys, I need a little advice about replacing my starboard engine. Chrysler LM318 R/H rotation firing order 12756348.

I've been looking for a long block crate engine for a few days now and I've found several out there but most have bad ratings with the BBB. I live in the PNW so something in Washington or Oregon would be better. I found a company in Spokane WA called S & J Engines. They have a long block for about $1900, $175 to ship. But its an LA318. Anyone out there know anything about this block? Whats the difference between the LM and the LA? Is it better than my LM or should I keep my block and have it rebuilt? At this point time is more important so that's why i'm leaning towards the long block. Also if anyone knows of a good reputable shop in my area please chime in. Thanks

It would help if you all new what area I was in, haha. Looking for a 318 R/H rotation long block in Portland, Or or Seattle , WA. THX
