DF25 V Twin Water Pump Impeller

Hi all,

Been tasked with changing my son's impeller on an 06 V-Twin DF25...

I've done various makes but never a Suzuki pump....

Does anyone know of an online tutorial on you tube or somewhere else.. I see D-Ray does on on You Tube for a 2 stroke.. Are they lower units different??

I would also not be to proud to take advice from someone who has done it... Is there a shifting rod that needs to be disconnected?

ANY input or advice is appreciated!!!!!

Guess I will follow through in case anyone is wondering in the future...

Easy Peasy... Just loosen the barrel nut found forward on the lower unit that disengages the gear shifter rod...... then 4 bolts drops the unit...

D-Ray has a great video on You Tube but it's on an older 2 stroke but the lower units have not changed much so great basis to go from...

My Impeller was TOAST and missing 2 fins
